This position will provide direct support to individuals with Autism and other disabilities. Due to the nature of the position and its flexibility, a great deal of independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize the activities, meetings, paperwork, and other duties as required.

  • The primary function is to provide direct support in the community to one client with disabilities.
  • Provide behavior support following a behavior support plan created and monitored by a BCBA.
  • Complete company and state-required forms promptly. All training is completed online.
  • Must be comfortable with using and/or learning cloud-based software - Google, Homebase, Onpay.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Compensation:

  • The starting pay rate is $16-17 per hour, based on experience.
  • Part-time position is available for weekends and Friday evenings as needed.
  • Hours are based on client needs.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High school degree/GED
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities - Autism
  • Experience working with individuals with behavior support needs
  • Must pass a background check

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • CPR Certified
