Job Posting: Life Skills Instructor for Special Education Summer Camp
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled trainers to lead several Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transition Services) camps in Carson City. These camps focus on teaching life skills to high school students in special education. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with disabilities and meet the qualifications listed below, we encourage you to apply:
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant work experience, or a bachelor’s degree
- Experience with teaching individuals with disabilities (paid or unpaid)
Camp Schedules & Compensation:
Carson City, NV:
- Carson HS (Daytime) - June 11th - 27th, July 9th - 18th [8-12PM] - $1920.00
- Northern Nevada Overnight camp, June 24th - 28th - $2250
Note:
- Trainers can choose to work at one or multiple camps.
- Must be able to attend each day of the camp.
