Immediate openings (full and part-time positions available)!
This position will provide direct support to individuals with Autism and other disabilities. Due to the nature of the position and its flexibility, a great deal of independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize the activities, meetings, paperwork, and other duties as required.
- The primary function is to provide direct support in the community to our customers with disabilities.
- Support daily hygiene routine and monitor nighttime and bedtime routines.
- Provide behavior support following a behavior support plan created and monitored by a BCBA.
- Complete company and state-required forms promptly. All training is completed online.
- Must be comfortable with using and/or learning cloud-based software - Google, Homebase, Onpay

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Compensation:
- The starting pay rate is $12-$16 per hour, based on experience.
- We have a full-time position (30-40 hrs) and a part-time position that is nights and weekends
- Hours are based on client needs.

Required Education and Experience:
- High school degree/GED
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities - Autism
- Experience working with individuals with behavior support needs
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Education and Experience:
- CPR Certified
