Job Posting: Remote Vocational Evaluation Coordinator (Part-Time)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vocaitonal Evaluation Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast paced, part-time, remote role with a preference for candidates residing in Texas. The position requires the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate evaluation schedule
- Review and summarize medical, legal, and school records.
- Grade assessments and populate reports.
- Proofread documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Administer psychometric tests (preferred but not required).
- Score psychometric tests
- Maintain case documentation and provide excellent customer service.
- Engage with clients to support their ongoing needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- CRC (Certified Rehabilitation Counselor) or CVE (Certified Vocational Evaluator) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe.
- Exceptional technical writing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to meet tight, last-minute deadlines.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- 09:00 AM CST - 12:00 PM CST
- 15 hours per week with additional hours available
- Flexible schedule with remote work options (Texas residents preferred).
- Compensation: $20-25 per hour, based on education, certifications, and experience.
- Start date: ASAP.
